Inert gas arc welding: -

This method is also called shielding arc welding. In this, the arc produces an organ rather than the outside of the air, and the molten metal protects against the contaminated gas in the atmosphere and protects against oxidation. Inert Gas does not participate in any chemical activity. Organ, helium, carbon dioxide gas is used as an input gas.
This method is used for both methods of automatic welding and manual welding. Good attachments are formed by this. No need to add a pair. Through this method, all metals used in the industry can be welded. Such as aluminum, magnesium, coconut, and titanium etc.

Types of Shielded Gas Arc Welding: -

Purpose:1) The function of MIG welding and TIG welding
               2) Part of MIG welding and TIG welding machine

Elements of Tig welding: - In this process, an arc is produced using the help of a non-conjugate electrode (tungsten) with the help of electrical. The job is melted by the arc heat generated and in which the welding process is completed by giving extra filler rod or not. Inert gas is used to protect the arc dusted metal. In this, a torch is produced in such a way that the intestine gas protects against the electrode surrounding Arc Walding, and other active air in the atmosphere of Molton Metal.
An arc is produced by the tungsten metal electrode and in order to protect the arch, it is necessary to use the inert gas as a shielded gas; this process is called Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Arc Welding.
Materials used for Tig welding: -

The principle of MIG welding
In this process, the composite electrode creates an arch with the help of electrical Job melt is done through the arc heat produced and the extra filler becomes metal melt. Electrodes are being permanently flooded by a feeder unit, so creating the arch and welding itself can act as filler rod. In this way, the same is done by a deposition job welding process. Inert Gas is used to protect Arch Molton Metal, which is used in the form of an inert gas metal welding with air and molten metal as it protects against other active air in the atmosphere, this process is used as a gas metal arc welding or metal inert gas (MIG) is called Arc Welding.

Spot Welding: - This method is used to weld metal sheets of metal. The simplest and best method is. This method reduced the use of rivet in the sheet. Spotted welding is welded with a job in two electrodes. One electrode in it is fixed and another is fixed. The job you want to add is placed in the electrode and low pressure but high ampere flow is sent from the electrode. So metal sheets become hot. The pressure is then given and attachments are drawn to it. In the spot welding, the electrode should not be heated so that the flow of water is kept continuously.
There are three types of spots welding machines available.

1) Stationery Single Spot Welding

2) Portable Single Spot Welding

3) Multiple Spot Welding

Usage: - Motorized frame and refrigerator KBCnet etc. Use it to prepare.
